For over a century, it has been central to the local textile industry, its history a testament to the decades of development and technological advancements in the field. In 2005, the spinning mill found new life when sewing companies saw its potential and began an ambitious revitalization. Through carefully planned renovations, they were able to restore the buildings to their original beauty, all while modernising them for a new purpose. Modern materials were incorporated during the renovation, including high-quality roofing felt. This guarantees the roofs' durability and provides long-lasting protection against the elements.
