The former Zastal wagon factory in Zielona Góra has been transformed into PBS Nowy Zastal, a modern housing estate that perfectly blends comfort with the natural environment. It is designed for future residents who value both comfort and harmony with the surrounding nature. The investment combines sleek, modern architectural solutions with the industrial spirit of the original site, breathing new life and function into the space. Thanks to its thoughtful design and the integration of surrounding green areas, the community blends seamlessly with the landscape. The buildings were protected with a combination of underlayment, self-adhesive, and green roofing felts.
