NEXLER Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company originating from IZOHAN, which for years has been providing modern solutions in the field of waterproof and damp-proof insulation.
Thanks to strategic mergers, innovative technologies, and continuous expansion of its offer, NEXLER systematically strengthens its position on the market, offering top-quality products tailored to the growing demands of the construction industry.

1989
Our story begins in 1989, in Babie Doły of the coastal town of Gdynia. Izohan began as a small, family-owned company, specialising in materials for the road industry. Their products were even used on the runways of Gdynia Airport. Over time, the company expanded its offerings to include solutions for the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

2006
Joining the ATLAS Group in 2006 gave the company immediate access to cutting-edge technologies and new resources. This strategic step not only accelerated our development but also solidified our market position.

2010
In 2010, Izohan merged with Izolmat, an event that dramatically expanded our range of waterproofing materials. This strategic move allowed IZOHAN to introduce bituminous felts to its product line, establishing a second key area of business. Izolmat itself has a rich history, founded in 1946 as a branch of a roofing felt factory in Nidzica. In 1991, it became one of the first employee-owned companies on the Polish coast. This groundbreaking privatization fuelled dynamic growth, driven by modernising equipment, adopting new technologies, and partnering with W. Quandt—a respected manufacturer of bituminous felts with over 140 years of experience.

2013
In 2013, the merger with NEXLER took place, a strategic move that significantly increased our production capacity through the addition of modern production lines. The product portfolio has been expanded to include bituminous felts and shingles.

2014
In 2014, we launched a new, modern production facility in Pomieczyn, which replaced our original Babie Doły, Gdynia production lines and served as a catalyst for innovation. The investment allowed us to expand our product range with new, innovative waterproofing materials, while simultaneously boosting our production quality and efficiency.

2017
The merger with Izolex in 2017 was a strategic step that immediately boosted our production capacity for key mass-market products.

2020
In 2020, our merger with Chemiks allowed us to expand our product line to include epoxy and polyurethane solutions, enabling further portfolio growth.

2022
Our commitment to innovation reached a new level in 2022 with the launch of our state-of-the-art production plant in Skarszewy. This new facility dramatically increased our output, with its cutting-edge technology boosting production of fine-particle emulsion products by an additional 2,000 tons per month. The new site also features a Research and Development Centre and a Training Ground, which support the creation of new technologies and help improve the skills of industry professionals.
