The concrete substrate must be made of concrete of at least C20/25 grade, with a compressive strength of minimum 25 MPa and a tensile strength of at least 1,5 MPa, measured by the pull-off method. The substrate must be stable, continuous, even, bonded, seasoned (min. 28 days) and dry (moisture content of max. 4%). It must be clean and free of oil, grease, cement laitance and other substances that impair adhesion. The substrates should be cleaned mechanically, dust, any loose layers and sharp protruding edges should be removed. It should be properly roughened mechanically, paying particular attention to watertight and very smooth substrates. An adherent, absorbent surface with an open pore structure should be obtained. The strength of the substrate must be adapted to the service loads.
For substrates on the ground, waterproofing or damp proofing is absolutely required.

Check the production date on the packaging before use. The product should not be incorporated beyond its shelf life. The product, once opened, should not be objectionable and should be free of any mechanical contaminations. When stored correctly, the product is transparent when the packaging is opened. When stored at low temperatures, partial or complete crystallisation or opacification of the product may occur, which is reversible and does not affect the quality of the product. After 24 hours of seasoning under normal conditions, the product, when mixed, reaches a homogeneous consistency and full clarity.

All flooring materials must be seasoned for at least 24 hours in the conditions in which the flooring will be made.
Components A and B are supplied in a proper mixing ratio. Mix component A in the delivery vessel in order to homogenise. Then add the total amount of component B and mix with a mechanical stirrer at 300 - 600 rotations per minute for approximately 3 minutes. While mixing, scrape the mixture from the sides and bottom of the vessel with the mixer to ensure thorough distribution of the hardener. After mixing, pour the material into the working vessel and mix again.
If partial use is assumed, the product should be prepared maintaining the weight ratio of the components (1 part component A and 0,20 of component B). It is very important to strictly adhere to these proportions and to use scales to ensure accuracy.
The permissible application time of the mixed material at a temperature of +23°C is up to 2 hours. Increasing the temperature reduces the open time of the resin and its viscosity. Lowering the temperature increases the open time of the resin and its viscosity.

When fresh, check the consumption of the material per unit and/or dedicated area on an ongoing basis.
The appearance of the completed coating depends on the ambient temperature and humidity, the absorbency of the substrate and the method of application. The bonded coating should have a uniform texture, without bulges, air bubbles, wrinkles or cracks.
When impregnating mineral substrates, changes in surface colour and uneven colouring of the substrate may occur due to varying absorbency of the substrate.

Apply the prepared material with a brush or roller intended for epoxy materials obtaining a thin, even layer, leaving no excess primer in the cavities. If the primer seeps into the substrate completely, repeat the priming operation. Apply the subsequent layer to the primed substrate after a minimum of 8 hours. After an interval longer than 48 hours, grind and dedust the primed surface.
