EPOLIS EP 200
Universal epoxy priming binder
Application:
- Priming and strengthening of concrete substrates for epoxy coatings, laminates, filling layers, seamless floors, adhesives and cement mortars
- Structural priming with quartz sprinkles in epoxy systems
- Priming and bridging base coat with sprinkles for under ceramic tile flooring
- Priming and sealing base coat to protect the concrete substrate against chemical aggression and against penetration of water into the concrete substrate
- Composition of mortars with quartz aggregate or without additional filler, e.g. for repairing scratches in floors, making facets, repairing expansion joints, reconstructing concrete corners
- Binder for ‘resin screeds’ for repairing deep defects, cracks and levelling concrete substrates
- Binder for ‘resin screeds’ for anchoring steel elements in concrete substrate, such as railings, brackets, hooks or fixing screws
- Binder for epoxy-glass laminates reinforced with a glass mat
- Moisture cut-off when making a wooden floor
Properties:
- Excellent substrate penetration
- Excellent adhesion and bond durability
- High mechanical strength, especially in combination with quartz aggregate
- High chemical and thermal resistance
- Hard coating, prevents dust generation and soaking of the substrate
- Liquid-tight while maintaining the semi-fluid consistency of the applied compound
- Very good working parameters, ease of application and mix design
- Wide range of applications and possibility to create mixtures of high strength parameters with quartz aggregates in a variety of ways

The works should be carried out at an ambient temperature of +10°C to +25°C, with a maximum relative humidity of 70%. Higher temperatures and humidity accelerate the setting time of the mix. At lower temperatures, a delay in setting is to be expected, as well as a change in the consistency of the material and as a result of that an increase in consumption. The temperature of the substrate must always be at least 3°C above the dew point temperature until the material is fully cured.
Works should not be carried out during precipitation and strong sunlight.
The premises where the work takes place must be sectioned off, protected from unauthorised access and a safety zone must be maintained against the use of open flames, particularly before conducting welding work. During the works, very good ventilation of the work area should be ensured.
- 0,3 kg/m² - priming
