Connect NexGreen
One-component polyurethane-bitumen resin resistant to root penetration
Application:
- For use in areas at risk of root penetration
- For use in the NEXLER NexGreen green roof system
- Sealing in “green” areas where balcony and terrace slabs connect with walls
- Bonding of different surfaces to achieve waterproofing continuity, e.g. bituminous felt and coatings, sheet metal (including coated and acid-resistant sheets), concrete, hard PVC, EPDM membranes, wood-based panels
- Construction and sealing of roof details
- Sealing of roof details, internal gutters, troughs, walls, etc.
- Repair of various types of roof coverings
Properties:
- Resistant to plant root overgrowth
- Does not require priming
- Can be applied to matt-damp substrates
- Very good adhesion to various substrates
- High flexibility, even at negative temperatures
- High resistance to UV radiation
- Safe for use in contact with polystyrene
- Quick and easy to use

The temperature of the substrate and air during the works should be from 0°C to +35°C. At lower temperatures, a delay in setting is to be expected, as well as a change in the consistency of the material and as a result of that an increase in consumption. The temperature of the substrate must always be at least 3°C above the dew point temperature until the material is fully cured.
Works should not be carried out during precipitation and strong sunlight. Once a film is formed on top, the product is resistant to moderate rain. The product must not be exposed to water during setting, including water penetrating from the substrate.
- I layer - 600 g/m²
- II layer - 800 g/m²
- III layer - 700 g/m²

A roof with a vision – green solutions for investments
Green roofs in modern construction are not a passing trend, but a real market need driven by climate, urbanisation and regulatory challenges. They are a key element of sustainable development strategies, not only distinguishing investments on the market, but also having a real impact on their value and functionality. It is a space where ecology meets long-term safety and technical durability.
